Absolutely! For BYOA events, you're welcome to arrange your own catering. We also offer our own catering packages if you prefer.
Do you have AV/sound equipment? +
We can arrange sound systems and basic AV equipment. Let us know your requirements when inquiring.
How much advance notice do you need? +
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for events. Popular dates (summer weekends) should be booked earlier.
What's included in the venue rental? +
Base rental includes access to the venue space, parking, restroom facilities, and basic setup. Activity packages, catering, and equipment are available as add-ons.
Can we do a site visit before booking? +
Of course! We encourage all event organizers to visit Lunar before booking. Contact us to arrange a walkthrough.
What about rain or bad weather? +
We have covered areas for wet weather. For outdoor activities, we'll work with you to create a weather contingency plan.
What does 'Bring Your Own Activity' mean? +
BYOA means you can bring your own organized activity to our venue — yoga classes, fitness bootcamps, team sports, photography workshops, anything! We provide the space and facilities, you bring the program.
